I think your were good because of all your alterations :) Maybe the molasses? I made a few substitutions: white flour instead of spelt flour, raw walnuts instead of toasted walnuts and honey/water instead of maple syrup. I just finished mine when making her recipe for roasted sweet potatoes with spices, which were pretty tasty. I also loved the seasonal crumble (made with fresh picked blueberries) despite not having unrefined brown sugar on hand.Laurennoreply@blogger.com
