I also met him many years ago and have been following and reviewing his work ever since. I thought you might be interested in this review I published in the Pacific Rim Review of Books way back in 2006, of ART NATURE DIALOGUES, which, like your review here, also referred to the humility of Grande's voice in advocating for environmental art and ephemeral art, and the non-hierarchical structuring of the interview format presentation.
